I joined RhodeCode because of an irresistible challenge to redesign complex software interface.
After UX analysis and user research, I laid out a design manifesto: 1. Create user friendly navigation, 2. Minimize number of screen templates, 3. Create hierarchy and consistency of information architecture and 4. Redesign UI by using clearly defined visual language.
In participatory design practice, working with users, developers and stakeholders we workshopped problems. Using paper, whiteboard, low and high fidelity prototypes we tested problems and developed solutions.
I art directed and redesigned UI for the software and created style guide with the goal of developers are being able reproduce the visual language standards independently of designer.
I oversaw implementation of solutions. Using agile Scrum workflow I managed UI/UX tasks for design and development teams.
